Overview
Enhanced performance cable for transmission of high speed data, digital and analogue voice and video (RGB) signals on LANs. It supports 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GbaseT) standard and operates at a bandwidth of 500 MHz. This cable well exceeds the requirements of new standard ANSI/TIA-568.2-D. The shield acts as a Faraday cage to reduce electrical noise from affecting the signals, and to reduce electromagnetic radiation that may interfere with other devices.
