Overview

DVX-9000E – Enhanced Business Telephony

For businesses who have strict policies about networking and reliability, the DVX-9000E is the right choice. Especially relevant for inbound call centers, the DVX-9000E supports an enhanced switchboard with unlimited buttons, instant messaging and voice mail explorer. The DVX-9000E/M3 is a heavy-duty PBX system featuring the D-Link EasyVOIZ 5 operating systems, for mid- range & enterprise customers and high-density systems. Equipped with an Intel i3-14100T processor with 12MB Cache running at 2.7 GHz and an NVMe PCIe Gen4 SSD drive, the DVX-9000E offers robust performance. Within its compact 19" 1U chassis, the DVX-9000E can accommodate up to 16 analog ports, eight BRI ISDN ports, and four E1/T1 PRI, T1 CAS, or E1 R2 ports. To further expand its capabilities, external DVX-8050 units can be connected via USB ports, enabling support for up to 960 PSTN/analog phone ports, 24 E1 R2 / T1 PRI ports, up to 2,000 users, and 900 concurrent calls. Alternatively, IP gateways can be utilized to connect analog phones. This flexibility allows for customized configurations tailored to specific communication needs.
